PROJECT OVERVIEW
Managing leads manually from capture to qualification, follow-ups, stock validation, and payment confirmation, often results in delays, missed opportunities, and lower conversion rates.
To solve this, we built AI LeadBot, a fully automated, multi-workflow sales automation system powered by n8n.
The system manages the complete customer journey: Lead capture, AI qualification, Intelligent conversation & scoring, Stock validation, Smart discount logic, Payment automation, Retention campaigns, Hot lead monitoring.
The goal was to eliminate manual follow-ups, prioritize high-intent leads automatically, and increase conversion rates through AI-driven automation.

We designed a multi-workflow automation system inside n8n integrating AI models, email automation, payment gateways, and database triggers.
