About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, supporting deployments, and ensuring high availability and performance of our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure system health, performance, and availability.
- Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tasks using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or native cloud services.
- Assist in managing cloud-based networking, storage, compute, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and provide ongoing support.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to support application lifecycle and deployments.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one is mandatory).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Azure VMs, GCP Compute Engine, etc.
- Basic understanding of networking (VPC, subnets, DNS, firewalls).
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Certifications like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, Prometheus, etc.).
- Awareness of security best practices in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
Hiring Process Co-ordination
- Manage and oversee the entire hiring process, from collecting job opening requirements from the technical team to finalizing candidate selections.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Job Description Development
- Collaborate with department managers to create accurate and detailed job descriptions and establish clear hiring criteria.
- Continuously update job descriptions to reflect evolving roles and responsibilities within the company.
Job Posting and Resume Review
- Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media channels.
- Review resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates for further consideration.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
- Utilize databases, job boards, social media, and other sourcing avenues to identify and recruit top talent.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
Interview Coordination and Onboarding
- Arrange interviews and coordinate the hiring process, including communication with candidates and interview panel members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 0.6 experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
